At Hibbett’s Pest Control PL we understand that buying a new home is a daunting experience. There’s a lot to organise between liaising with real estate agents, conveyancing, banks, and all the other service to be organised prior to settlement day.
But ! don’t buy someone else’s termite problem……
Smart home buyers will always get both a pre-purchase pest inspection as well as a building inspection before finalising the purchase, making it part of the contract of sale.
Termites and their destructive damage are not covered by house insurance. At Hibbett’s we are the experts so we specialise in termite inspections and termite control only and we can refer a specialist building inspector to do what he does best.
Of course you can save money by engaging a combined inspection but why trust your newest asset to someone who is a jack of all trades but does not solely specialise in termite inspections and termite treatments.
At Hibbett’s, our highly trained inspectors will conduct a thorough inspection of the home and property, ensuring they will find any current termite activity as well as uncovering any past termite activity or damage. Using the latest technology, Hibbett’s inspectors use sounding tools to check all internal timbers, as well as using state of the art Thermal Imaging Cameras and moisture meters.
Hibbett’s Pest Control PL are fully insured and are licensed with the QBCC to conduct pre purchase termite and timber pest inspections to all homes in Queensland. You will be provided with a Pre Purchase Timber Pest Inspection Report on insurance paperwork which will have supporting photographic evidence of any issues that need to be brought to your attention. If the home does not have a current termite management program in place, we will provide a termite treatment proposal so you know prior to settlement, any costs involved in ensure the home is protected from termites.
